The Contents include images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, trademarks, logos, text, software, the Site as a whole and any other materials at the Site. You may use or download the Contents solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, provided you keep all copyright and other proprietary notices with them. No other type of use is permitted. Downloading or copying Content does not transfer any right, title or interest in any Content to you.

Artwork Information

Artworks displayed on the Site can be delivered worldwide. Prices are shown in GB pounds sterling (with US dollars in brackets). The price charged to your credit card will be made in GB pounds. There may be a slight discrepancy on your credit card statement from the US dollar equivalent shown on the site. This will be due to your card issuer's charges. We have tried to accurately display the colours of art items on the Site. However, the colours you see will depend on your monitor and its settings. We cannot guarantee that your monitors display will be accurate.

Typographical Errors

In the event an art item is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information, Adonis Art shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for an art item listed at the incorrect price. Adonis Art shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Adonis Art shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect transaction.

Payment methods

Adonis Art accepts the following credit cards: VISA, Mastercard, Amex. Prices are shown in British pounds with the US dollar equivalent in brackets Internet security is ensured via 128-t encryption SSL (Secure Socket Layer) software. All credit card transactions go through various fraud verification procedures to ensure security Most of the art items are unique. As soon as they are sold, they are gone. It is a question of first come, first served. Shipping is via Federal Express, UPS or Parcelforce. Orders are shipped within 3 working days

Delivery cost

The following rates cover full packing and shipping costs by courier (Federal Express or UPS) to your chosen address, They do not include any additional costs eg import duties etc which are the responsibility of the buyer.  Books, greeting cards and prints and shipped free worldwide

Returns policy

If an artwork arrives defective or damaged, you will be re-imbursed for the full value of the product, provided you notify Adonis Art as soon as possible (within 5 days of arrival). You must return the damaged product to Adonis Art. On receipt you will be refunded the full price of the item plus the cost of the return shipping. If you decide you don't like an item and you want to return it, you will receive a full refund of the price, less the cost of shipping the item to you. You must also pay for the return shipping of the item to Adonis Art.

Why do I need an account to place an order on your site?

Your account will allow you to view your order history, showing previous orders you have placed using your account as well as order status so you can see if your order has shipped. If applicable, you will be able to get your tracking number for your orders. Adonis Art never gives or sells client information to any other individual or company. Your privacy is absolutely ensured. Adonis Art ships anywhere in the world. Please note that you may be charged import duties into some jurisdictions.
