A Canadian by birth, Victoria worked in Florida after completing art achool in Montreal. She moved to Europe some years ago to study the naturalistic technique of old master painting. Currently she is living in Berlin and was recently commissioned by the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra to paint its principal conductor, Sir Simon Rattle.
